  1. Hi Vicki,
I just want to stay in the loop and be notified when there are updates to your blog.
    Keep up the good work!

    Thanks
    Nancy

    • Thanks Nancy. Let me know if there are ideas you’d like to see discussed in the blog. Vicki

  2. I am a grade seven student at Linden Christian School in Winnipeg MB and am doing a science project about the Eutrophication of Lake Winnipeg and was wondering if I could use your picture of the blue green algae as a display item.

    Thank you Brennan Siemens

    • Sure go ahead and use the picture. Goodluck with your project.

  3. Vicki – would love to have your support and participation in our emerging initiative: water4canadabeta.ca (beta site) for the Canada-Wide Water Strategy. Please take a peak and let us know if you think there is synergy for us to collaborate! With warmest regards, Lisa M. Fox

  4. Vicky..we have just started to use environmentally friendly Trap bags (on YouTube), for erosion control. We have approval from the Coastal Resource Management Council, for use on beaches. We now cover the bags with Enkamat which creates a habitat for both plant life and marine life. I would like to talk to you about erosion issues in MB..613-620-5376
